HGB Group is a private local Cambodian investment and holding company specializing in automotive, F&B, and retail by bringing internationally renowned brands to the country. To respond the business growth, HGB Group is looking for young & dynamic for the position of Sales Manager-Automotive. Main Responsibilities · To administer Company's policy and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability; · To step in to answer customer questions and issues when required; · To lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives and target either indoor or outdoor team; · To new member orientation either vehicle specification or working environment explanation; · To maximize departmental profitability through the sales of vehicles, finance schemes and associated products; · To forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for management to review; · To ensure all cars in showroom are good in term of cleaning; · To prepare daily report (Customer negotiation progress) and send to GM every day; · To prepare weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to GM every week and month; · To update your customer profile (customer-by-customer) and submit to GM every week; · To report market situation and competitor’s activities to the manager once a week.
· Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent · Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing and 1 year working in Cambodia · Cambodia local knowledge and culture is required · Have good communication in Chinese and English is a plus · Be able to travail nationwide · Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle finance legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices · Have good knowledge of potential customers and contacts with existing fleet users
