This role is responsible for maintaining cash drawers investigating discrepancies training junior tellers providing access to vaults maintaining ATM machines reporting to bank officials and motivating other tellers. Main Duties - Disbursement of cash for day-to-day operations from the treasury such as Chief Teller Senior Teller Teller and Reserve Cash. - Supervise and manage cash in the branch properly to ensure that there is enough cash to operate in the branch and comply with banking policies and procedure. - Check and prepare ATM cash loading properly and on time. - Check and verify all Tellers transactions in the banking system to ensure accuracy according to customer requests. - Assist teller supervisor to monitor on the cash exchange operation of customers according to the exchange rate and monitor the exchange rate in the market on a regular basis to request to change the special exchange rate for potential customers. - Assist teller supervisor on the closing of daily cash transaction such as making daily cash reports checking actual cash with reports to ensure accuracy. - Assist teller supervisor in establishing good relationships with potential customers in the branch area to create an adequate source of cash. - Participate in the meeting of the Assistance Team to find the inactivity to improve provide additional training on a regular basis provide high professional service cultivate constant vigilance and solve related problems financial services banking to customers with satisfaction.
Skills Experiences - Bachelor degree in Business Finance and Accounting. - At least 3 years’ experience in banking sector. - Good oral written and communication skills in English. - Computer literate (Ms. Word and MS. Excel).Strong customer service and sales-oriented personality. - A strong desire to work in a team - The relevant staff is responsible for performing other duties as assigned or as required by the manager in charge. - Responsible for solving all problems that arise within the role and duties cases that cannot be resolved must be reported to the manager to resolve in a timely manner.
