-Setting daily activity and budget plan for service advisors
-Monitoring daily activity for services advisors
-Summarizing quotations and lost sales record and report to manager
-Summarizing daily, weekly and monthly sale report and submit to manager
-Managing daily parts stock order replenishment
-Monitoring 5S (Safety role) in entire office and customers lounge
-Organizing parts inventory stock and other stock such as stationary, company’s property stock etc.
-Conducting daily meeting with service advisors to share pending issue and new activity
-Handling initial customers complain before seeking support from manager
-Other jobs as assigned by manager

-University degree in General Management or other related fields
-At least 3 years of progression experiences in the related field
-Proven problem-solving experience in frontline operation
-Good knowledge of communication and administration skills
-Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work
-Strong time management and commitment
