Summary of position

Our client is a new set-up Real Estate company. The Sales Executive will be in charge of identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Commit to achieve the sales target assigned
• Maximize sales and deliver the most effective and creative marketing strategies
• Actively seek potential tenants/customer
• Handle and follow up enquiries from clients
• Develop and maintain relationship with the customers and other stakeholders
• Maintain and develop the relationship with the agents and supplier
• Develop the Sales department database
• Support to organize events for related projects
• Manage the administrative works relating to sale process as assigned
• Other duties assigned by manager


• To the Sales and Marketing Manager


• University degree preferably in Marketing or related field
• At least 1-2years experience in Sales for condominium or leasing commercial property
• Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours
• Hard working, motivated, and result-oriented
• Pro-active, flexible, good team spirit
• Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication skills in Khmer and English ( Chinese and/or Japanese is preferable)
