• Manage overall export functions such as order confirming, order summarizing, following up with Export Operations and Production Planning Communicate customers as well as maintain solid relationship
• Develop new business and growth opportunities and manage volumes and margins to generate efficiency for manufacturing and margins for earnings
• Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labeling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed
• Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability
• Provide leadership and guidance to your customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments
• Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers
• Monitor overseas report and results
• Expand and develop overseas markets i.e. Laos and Myanmar
• Plan and manage trade promotion and marketing tools to achieve sales target
• Supervise and prepare for international trade fairs
• Monitor marketing trend and export market situation
• Participate in new product development by informing a demand and communicating with R&D and related departments
• Responsible for managing marketing activities, sales promotion for support product volume

• Males/Female, age not over 40years old
• At least Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture or related fields
• At least 5years work experiences in Export Sales in Agriculture industry or related files
• Have knowledge and skill of Sales & Marketing strategy
• Have knowledge of shipment process from Cambodia to oversea
• Good command of international communication in English for both speaking and writing
• Strongly negotiation skill
• Have knowledge of Export product process
• Be able to make selling contract as international
• Can work well under great pressure
• Strong commitment and high responsibilities for all tasks with positive resulted
• PC literate (Power point, Excel, Words, Internet, Email, etc).
• Willing to learn and challenging with new thing
• Be able to travelling to province and oversea from time to time
