• Manage Upcountry Sales for all Sales management functions including Sales forecast planning, Set up Sales Target, monitoring on sales performance and customer performance
• Push Sales team to sell product to customer base on company target
• Set up and implement Sales strategy and implementation base on company policies
• Manage and control Distribution coverage including set up itinerary, mapping for sales team, and manage customer at each area of coverage, maintain current outlet and find new outlet more, effective outlet
• Manage sales team to sell all type of product and all SKU of each product to customer
• Customer Relation management: Maintain good relationship with our current customer
• Daily Sales and report management: Collect and prepare Sales report including market report with analysis (market situation, Competitors,…) for management
• Handle problem solving for both employee and customer at province
• Manage and encourage sale team to use CRM system to control their daily work
• Staff management: Recruiting new staff, provided training to new staff and existing staff to improve their selling still from time to time, to make sure that 100% of your sales team got training, Monitoring, Evaluating and motivate them as much as you can
• Other Job assigned by upper level

• Males, age: 28-40years old
• At least Bachelor Degree in sales and marketing or any related files
• At least five years of Sales management experience or consultancy in FMCG distribution
• Knowledge on how to manage product, customer, and market
• Good command of Communication both English speaking and writing
• Good personality and interpersonally skill
• Strong Problem solving skill
• Trustworthy with self-oriented and result oriented person
• Be able to work under pressure, and long hour
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation and internal & external relationship building
• Computer literacy: MS Office, internet and email
• Be able to go to visit customer and market with salesman at same Vans
• Be able to work at provinces
• Good attitude with team player spirit
• Be able to come to work stay in Cambodia
