1. Daily upload customer feedback into system
2. Daily call to customer to seek for their feedback/complaint/inquiry
3. Respond to customer properly once complaint exist
4. Identify customer want and need
5. Daily and weekly report customer’s feedback to leader or manager
6. Follow up with dealer for checking the root cause of customer feedback/complaint and pending issues
7. Perform general administration job
8. Perform other tasks assigned by leader or manager

1. Undergraduate students or Fresh graduated students
2. Having an experience of call center or customer service is preferable
3. Excellent knowledge of communication skill
4. Good teamwork and interpersonal skill
5. Good knowledge of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
6. Knowledge of computer skills
7. Honest, Flexible, Responsible, Hard-Working and able to work under pressure
