Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh
Report to: Head of Operational Risk & Fraud Management

- Develop & update IT & Digital Risk Management policy and framework.
- Develop & update IT & Digital Risk Management procedure.
- Involve with UAT & risk assessment with new/change system before launching.
- Manage the implementation & execution of IT & Digital Risk Management framework.
- Perform IT & Digital risk identification, risk mitigation, assessment, monitoring, control, and reporting.
- Involve with DRP Testing.
- Develop & provide training to all staff to build IT risk culture.
- Assist operational risk & fraud management unit to develop any system.
- Coordinate of BCP testing by annually with critical function and Operational risk team.
- Ensure that “IT & Digital Risk Management” meet the relevant regulatory requirement.
- Suggest any recommendation/solution for IT risk mitigation.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly IT & digital risk report.

- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Sciences, IT Engineering, Information Technology, Risk, Finance and Banking, Economics, or related field.
- Work experience in different areas of the institution or bank at least 3 years related to Banks and Financial Institutions with at least 2 years of work experience in IT security, IT Audit, MIS or other IT fields.
- Highly acquainted with computer system and program such as MS. Word/Excel/Power Point, email, internet and core banking system.
- Excellent command Khmer and English.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication skill, and relationship skill.
- Understanding of financial/banking business operation
- Demonstrable experience with developing or implementing IT risk management framework, including compliance and monitoring program or related field.
- Proven ability to work across different areas of IT risk management, compliance or related.
