-To conduct maintenance reminder call
-To make and receive customer phone call from all media channels and respond to customer enquiry from Toyota Cambodia official social media page
-To write up the content to post in social media per media monthly planning with management check and approval
-To handle customer complaint
-To conduct post service follow up call and customer satisfaction survey
-To make daily appointment report and monthly report
-To update customer feedback
-To perform other tasks assigned by management

-Bachelor degree in the field of Management/ Marketing/ or other related fields
-Good knowledge of communication (English and Khmer for both writing and speaking)
-Be able to work during public holiday and weekend
-Good collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
-Strong time management and result- oriented toward the job
-Good at computer skill
-Good at time management, organizing, and planning
-Initiative and good at problem solving skill
