• To handle customer inquiries both telephone and e-mail.
• To assign resources to solve customer problems on time.
• To manage and deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.
• To create cases in our CRM system.
• To provide 24 hours service to customer.
• To satisfy customers requirements by identifying and prioritizing customer issues for solution.
• To provide excellent service to the customer.
• To follow standard operating procedure and policies of the company.
• To prepare monthly reports and complete call logs report as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
• At least 1years Experience in relevant skills
• Good analytical skill
• Communication, Leadership and Negotiation skills
• Be pro-active, eager to learn and ability to work under pressure
• Be flexible to solve problems.
• Strong commitment, passion and self-motivation.
• Good command of English language
