-Together with Sale & Marketing distributor set annual sales target by models and budget plan for the branch
-Monthly monitor, manage, and analyze branch Profit & Loss
-Develop yearly strategic plan for branch
-Draw strategic action plans weekly and monthly with effective daily performance monitoring tools for each group, each staff, each customer segment
-Conduct regular sales review (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide clear instruction for sales recovery in a PDCA manner
-Motivate the branch sales performance by staff and by model via effective/lively management of visualization board
-Review and newly develop sales tools to optimize the company available resources and scheme i.e. financing, used car, accessory, aftersales service, marketing material, With effective monitoring tools at appropriate level
-Daily execute well showroom management to get ready to serve customers
-Continuous review the work process of each staff to level customer satisfaction “Sale Satisfaction Index” in order to comply with the set customer care policy
-Daily monitor, verify, and manage branch’s accounting activities
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor

-Bachelor-Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or other related fields
-Minimum 5year experience in management level especially in auto industry or other related industries
-Managerial, operating and marketing skills
-Good Analytical and creative thinking skill
-Good English Proficiency, both writing and spoken
-Very target oriented with strong leadership skill
-Initiative, Team-lead and Team-Player
-Dynamic, Friendliness, and Good Interpersonal skill
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
