Position Title : Sales Director
Employment Type : Full-time
Duty Address : Nº 22, Kramoun Sar Street, Phnom Penh, :
Report to : Vice Chairwomen.
Salary Scale : 2,800-3,500 USD

Sales Director, manages and oversees the sales operations and performance. The main duties are designing sale strategic and operation plans to meet targets, sales team development and sales activities and performance management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute strategic and action plans to achieve sales targets.
-Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
-Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports,
-Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their target
-Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
-Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
-Implementing new sales plans by set up the Sales Procedures for the Team to perform and arrange the regular meeting to stimulate and support the team.
-Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales objectives.
-Maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales opportunities.
-Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
-Others assignment by Company.


-Degree holder with degree related to marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
-Minimum of 05 years’ experience in sales, marketing.
-Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing, and related field or similar to company business.
-Strong leadership, and be able to work with less supervision.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
-Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
-Flexible, Hardworking and Good Teamwork, inspire, motivate, Ability to work with tight -schedule and handle pressure
-Passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture, good communication skills with strong attention to detail; interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-Good in English language (speaking and writing)
