• Key purchase order system
• Answer telephone from customers and sales team
• Follow up with customer who has Account Receivable
• Response for daily sale report
• Meet directly with customer or clients
• Check, control sale incentive and bonus to dealer
• Prepare report of customer advance to Sales Supervisor- UPC I & UPC II
• Checked and control all document after CEO approve imei exp date
• Make shop new open form & copy document to Finance Department
• Contact with some dealers to pay be-on time
• Do some sales report for Salesman
• Other tasks assign by upper level

• Male, age 20 years up
• Graduated Bachelor degree of Business Administration or related field
• At least one year experience with Sales Administrative work or related work as in job responsibilities
• Good communication Skill
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Computer literature (Ms Office such as Word, Excel and Internet & Email)
• Flexible and reliable person
• Be able to work late at night
• Willing to learn & Can do attitude with team player
